For all those members who have not participated in this event, Well, now is your chance, Because of circumstance beyond our control we were unable to do this in January.
Start the New Year with renewed vigor!!!
Remember while other countries are having winter camps, we will be having waterfall training
For those who have not been to Wales over the new bridge or indeed the Old bridge
It’s a good time to check out the scenery.
Don’t forget to bring Karate Dogi, bathers,
Old trainers and a change of clothes,
Towel and perhaps a camera.
After Training Hot food and refreshments will be available
at the Lamb Inn (Local pub) (I Hope)
